THESE INCLUDE VARIOUS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS, A CLAUSE THAT GOVERNS THE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF DISPUTES, AND OBLIGATIONS TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
TERMS OF SERVICE
If you are using the Site, Application or Services and you reside in the INDIA, you are contracting with GoETra, Inc. with respect to use of the GoETra Site, Application or Services with respect to any payments or payouts from or to you conducted through the Site, Application or Services.
Also not that If you enter incorrect Aadhaar no. 2 to 3 time then your account may block permanently.
The Site, Application and Services are intended solely for persons who are 18 or older citizen of India with a valid ADHAAR CARD NUMBER. Any access to or use of the Site, Application or Services by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the Site, Application or Services you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
How the Site, Application and Services Work
The Site, Application and Services can be used to facilitate the listing of courier services and arranging of and payment for transportation of shipments. If you wish to list travel plans, you must first register to create an GoETra Account.
As stated above, GoETra makes available an online platform or marketplace with related technology for Travelers to list trips and Senders to place shipment orders. GoETra staff or employees, or affiliates are not the Senders.
Members create an account by entering their cell phone number, email address and a password. Travelers may be required to provide a photo of their ADHAAR CARD, Driver’s license or Passport for identity confirmation. Travelers may also be required to provide their Social Security number in order to receive payment to their bank account. Traveler must provide a INDIAN Bank account information to receive payment upon delivery. GoETra utilizes Stripe as it’s payment provider.
Traveler will receive notification if they have a Shipment at least 6 hours before departure. Travelers once confirmed their destination can pick up the parcel from GoETra outlet.
Traveler can view their income balance at anytime in their account view. Travelers enter a valid INDIAN bank account and request a withdrawal at anytime. Funds are usually available within 2 to 3 days of a confirmed delivery.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Senders are required to upload parcel on GoETra.com with the required description of the parcel i.e. photograph, weight & price etc. for the sake of company and traveler as well as the information of the receiver. Once uploaded Sender can drop the parcel at GoETra outlet. After the parcel is claimed by the Traveler, before reaching the destination Receiver will receive a OTP on the phone number given by the Sender. No MISBEHAVIOUR will be tolerated at the GoETra outlet or with the owner of the outlet.
Travelers will claim the parcel at GoETra.com and pick it up from the GoETra outlet after checking the parcel Traveler will be solely responsible for taking care of the parcel until She/he handover the parcel to the Receiver.
Receiver will have to reach the destination prior time the Traveler arrive. After uploading the OTP received the Receiver will get the parcel in hand.
OWNER AT GOETRA OUTLET
Owner will responsible for receiving the parcel from the Sender while keeping in mind the description and condition of the parcel. Once parcel received the Owner will handover the parcel to the Traveler.
Note: We respect people linked with GoETra and we expect others to do the same. In case of issue No MISBEHAVIOUR will be tolerated at the GoETra outlet or with anyone linked with GoETra.
As a Traveler, you will receive applicable Delivery Fee per checked luggage space as listed on GoETra.com for the route you are servicing. GoETra will process all payments due to you through Stripe, its third party payments processor. GoETra reserves the right to withhold all or a portion of Delivery Fees if it believes that you have attempted to defraud or abuse GoETra or GoETra’s payment systems.
You are responsible for the details you provide us. In case of any incorrect information provided from the users side related to payment such as account number/IFSC code or UPI etc. GoETra take no responsibility for that, and no request for repayment or refund will be entertained from GoETra .You are responsible for your loss so please check again and again while entering your details.
PLEASE NOTE THAT, AS STATED ABOVE, THE SITE, APPLICATION AND SERVICES ARE INTENDED TO BE USED TO FACILITATE TRAVELER PROVIDING SHIPPING SERVICES TO SENDERS. GoETra SCREENS AND CERTIFIES ALL THE CONTENTS CONTAINED IN PACKAGES AND THE CONDITION, LEGALITY OR SUITABILITY OF ALL ITEMS AND LUGGAGE. GoETra SHALL PROVIDE TO TRAVELER A MANIFEST INCLUDING PHOTOS, DESCRIPTIONS AND VALUES OF ALL SHIPMENTS. TRAVELERS ARE WELCOME TO INSPECT ALL SHIPMENTS PRIOR TO TRAVEL. TRAVELER IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE CONTENTS OF ALL THE ITEMS CONTAINED ON THE MANIFEST.
“Sender” means a GoETra Certified & Known Shipper.
“Traveler” means a Member who lists their travel itinerary via the Site or Application for shipping purposes.
CANCEL AND REFUND POLICY
If you cancel your order then we refund your amount to your account within 2-3 days.
No refund is entertained if the parcel is claimed and handed over to traveler.
Refund amount is based on the status of the parcel at that given time.
